Submission options, Guidelines to authors, Conference Proceedings

To join the Symposium online one needs to register. This is the only way to receive the link to join us online during the symposium. Submitting a contribution will not be sufficient.

---

English is the official language for both written contributions and pre-recorded presentations.

Submissions can be in the form of:

  • Full paper
  • Extended Abstract
  • Poster

• FIRST AUTHOR

The first author should be a RILEM member and be either under 35 years of age or a student enrolled in an academic course (e.g. for a PhD or Master´s degree), independently of the age, at the moment of the closing date for submissions (May 15, 2025). One author can submit only one contribution to the symposium as first author.

When you submit, please include in your submission your RILEM number (or specify when you intend to become a RILEM member, latest May 15) and a proof of enrollment in a Master's or PhD program (if you are not under 35 years of age).

In principle, the first author will be the presenter, unless agreed otherwise with the organisers.
